I work within a 45-mile radius of Stafford, VA. Extra mileage applies for further locations, and destination events are also available! Inquire for more information!
Yes! Most definitely. Changes in circumstances or life events can limit the time and energy available for properly feeding ourselves and our families. Meal prep can be one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
The short answer is no.
With my specialty being small event catering, weddings do not normally fit into that criteria. That being said for smaller, more intimate weddings I will consider them on a case by case basis. I do, however, definitely offer my services for bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners, and more!
Virginia/Maryland/D.C. state health department regulations require that all meals prepared by a personal chef be cooked in the home of the consumer or a licensed and inspected commercial kitchen. If you prefer the food preparation to be done elsewhere, I am happy to prepare your meals in a commercial kitchen, but the kitchen rental fee (pricing varies/hr) will be additional.
Not at all! My meal prep menus are designed to be prepared in a home kitchen. Basic pots, pans, and a cutting board are all you need to have! With that said, I do offer a kitchen auditing service for clients who are interested in help stocking their kitchen!
No. My goal is to prepare food that you and your family feel like eating each week. So, my weekly menus are specifically designed for each client based on the food profile I build during the initial consult.
