Personal Chef

What Made Me Start Cooking:

I grew up in a household that revolves around food. My mother is from  New Orleans and my father is from the Caribbean. So food was a large part of my childhood and upbringing. I enjoyed learning from my mother and grandmother as I grew up...and that love of food and feeding others is what motivates me to this day!

My Experience:

Culinary Institute of America graduate.

I have over 10 years of experience in my field, serving a variety of dishes and clientele, from pan-seared duck breast at country clubs and resorts to pan-fried chicken at the kitchen table.   

My Specialty:

Soul food with a Caribbean twist! I'm especially known for my lamb chops, garlic shrimp, and collard greens!

How I View It:

I believe that the best food comes from cooking with love, and the freshest ingredients possible! I also place a high value the deep and lasting bonds created through sharing a meal with loved ones  With that in mind, my menus reflect the seasonal market and I take special care to cater to the specific needs and desires of my clients to create an unforgettable and effortless experience!

What Sets Me Apart:

Cooking, like eating, is a very personal experience and my genuine love for people and for the impact that a good meal has on the mind and heart leads me to pour soul into my food. It is my goal provide delicious food, and excellent service, allowing you to feel like a guest in your own home!
